Senior Project Manager
Salary: £40,000–£42,000 (pro rata)
Contract: Fixed Term (until December 2025)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Hybrid Working: On-site 3 days per week (Wiltshire)
Are you a Project Manager with experience of leading a major programme of work involving the risk management and storage of physical assets?
About the Role
Based in Wiltshire, this project will see you taking responsibility for rehousing large and complex objects. You will manage project delivery, drive planning and reporting processes, allocate resources, and provide leadership across workstreams. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Project team to deliver key workstreams to time and budget
* Line manage and support Project Managers
* Monitor programme-wide impacts, risks, dependencies, and reporting
* Ensure consistency and quality in planning, processes, and budget control
* Collaborate across departments to ensure best practice in storage and rehousing
* Promote inclusive, safe, and effective ways of working across the site
What We’re Looking For
* A strong track record in physical asset Project Management
* Proven leadership and people management experience
* Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Experience using project and risk management tools and databases
* Financial management capabilities, including budgeting and procurement
* Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities
You’ll be working at a centre within the Wiltshire countryside, accessible from the M4 (2 hours from central London), so ideally you will have use of a car.
