Sales Administrator
Reports To: The Sales Administrator will report to the Sales Desk Team Leader
Job Overview:
To provide the day-to-day interface with the Customer, offering excellent support and service.
Responsibilities and Duties (include but not limited to):
* Offering outstanding Customer Service to all customers; external & internal
* Issuing Customers with quotations, confirming all details are correct and in a timely manner
* Following up quotations as agreed with Management
* Ensuring orders are entered correctly on to the system
* Process incoming telephone/email/web orders accurately
* Building strong relationships with all Customers
* Liaising with the Operations Team to ensure orders will be fulfilled on time and in full
* Communicating the delivery status of orders to allocated Customers, where necessary
* Managing Customer delivery expectations, to ensure a positive outcome for both Parties
* Monitoring & updating the CRM system
* Assist in producing & issuing daily reports
* Setting up new accounts
* Provide cover for any absent member of the Team as and when requested
The Person:
* Previous experience within a sales administration/customer service position
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Great eye for detail
* Confident telephone manner
* Customer focused – ability to develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships
* Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
* Capability to work independently and prioritise workload
* Willingness to learn about new products
* Experience in negotiating and diplomacy
* Ideally have working knowledge of SAP B1, but not essential as full training will be given
* Keen interest in motorsport and/or aerospace would be of benefit
