On behalf of or client, NRL are recruiting for an Engineering & Projects Support Specialist for work at Hinkley Point C.
Are you an engineer looking for a new challenge? Whether you’re just starting out or bring years of experience, we have multiple opportunities available within our growing team.
We are looking for motivated individuals with a background in mechanical, nuclear, or related engineering disciplines to support critical projects in a highly regulated industry.
If you have experience in any of the following areas, we’d love to hear from you:
1. Layout engineering or project configuration management
2. HVAC equipment design engineering and system sizing
3. Acting as a technical representative in meetings with clients, contractors, and suppliers
4. Managing and monitoring contractor deliverables, ensuring readiness for handover
5. Coordinating and conducting technical assessments of design changes, tracking progress to closure
6. Managing the processing of modifications and reporting on progress
7. Performing surveillance and reviews of contractor documentation, including drawings, procurement specifications, and maintenance procedures
8. Experience with pressurised water reactors or working in a highly regulated industry

What You’ll Bring
9. A degree in Mechanical, Nuclear, or a related Engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
