Vision Personnel is working with a brand new client who is looking for a proactive Assistant Design Coordinator to join our growing team. Acting as the vital link between the client’s scope of works, the design team, and the construction site, the Design Coordinator ensures that design intent is accurately translated into practical, buildable solutions. The role focuses on managing and aligning architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) drawings so they integrate seamlessly and comply with both client requirements and regulatory standards. By coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, the Design Coordinator reviews and resolves design discrepancies, manages changes, and minimises clashes and costly on-site revisions.
