We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Design Engineer, in our London office of our Client, focusing on the Commercial sector witin their experienced team. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and technically challenges projects within this fast paced sector. Our award winning international Client are currently involved in numerous projects, working both within the UK and across EMEA. Candidates will support the team in developing designs for mechanical distribution systems from CHW, HVAC, Fuel to LTHW Provide advice to clients regarding mechanical systems/requirements available to meet their business needs. Leading the design of Commercial Project mechanical systems and equipment (Building Services) Provide written reports of system options in the form of design development notes. Produce technical specifications for mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client requirements Ensure coordination other disciplines including Architect and Structural engineers Produce calculations, technical/equipment specification documentation for tender. Monitor installation of designed equipment/systems to ensure compliance with employers' requirements, design specifications and all relevant safety codes.
