Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and menus.

* Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food safety practices.
* Help manage kitchen operations, including scheduling shifts for kitchen personnel.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or catering environment.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, meal presentation, and culinary trends.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
