Your Role:
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering 14 great shifts per week, ensuring daily prep is completed and dishes are made to specification.

What You'll Bring:
* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready to take the next step in your career
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating good kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene practices)
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision
* Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and food safety best practices
