About this role
As a Product Operations Manager, you’ll develop frameworks, processes, and services that enable our product teams to excel.
You’ll own internal products and services including roadmap communication tools, product opportunity intake systems, product release tracking and performance monitoring processes.
You’ll combine product thinking, systems design, and user experience principles to develop our offering of internal products and services. By creating simple and scalable solutions, you will enhance the effectiveness of our teams.
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from London office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Head of Product Operations
These are some of the key components to the position:
Develop internal products, processes & services that continuously improve the product development experience.
Gather feedback, identify opportunities, develop and test solutions, and drive adoption.
Leverage AI to redesign workflows and create new solutions.
Measure and report on improvements in product development effectiveness.
Collaborate with product, engineering, design & cross-functional stakeholders in sales, CS, marketing, ensuring that the solutions you develop work for them.
What will you bring to the team?
Product Operations or Product Management experience with internal tooling or operational platforms.
Proven ability to design and implement scalable operational systems, processes, and workflows.
Track record of leading complex, cross functional initiatives from start to finish.
You understand software development processes and methodologies. You can work with engineers to understand technical constraints and opportunities.
You think strategically, but you’re comfortable in the weeds. You enjoy getting into the details of internal tooling, understanding how they work, and how to optimise.
You’re analytical - comfortable defining metrics, analysing data and deriving actionable insights.
You communicate effectively, concisely, and persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences, director level when necessary.
You are high-agency. You act without being told and thrive in unstructured environments.
