A fantastic opportunity to work with a large group of companies collaborating with reputable global brands.
The role is based in central London, working 5 days a week, supporting a ladies streetwear brand.
This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of industry experience as a technical administrator.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist in setting up initial workbooks for new styles.
2. Assist in measuring samples before fit sessions.
3. Update technical workbooks with measurements across product categories and brands.
4. Inspect garments internally and externally while measuring.
5. Log all Fit, SMS, PP, and production samples into the Fit List.
6. Take notes and photos during fit and risk assessment meetings.
7. Arrange bookings for both WW & MW.
8. Assist in sending out production grading.
9. Chase test reports and review them with the technical team.
10. Approve wash care instructions in discussion with technical staff.
11. Handle all admin and filing related to the technical department.
Person Specifications:
1. At least 1 year of industry experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), MS Outlook, Teams.
3. Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
