Job Description
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to work within regulated environments and support compliance with health, safety, environmental, and security standards.
The successful candidate will contribute to smooth facilities operations and support the wider team through effective administration, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver front-of-house services, including welcoming visitors and ensuring security procedures are followed at all times
2. Provide facilities support services, including porterage, meeting room management, and managing the FM mailbox
3. Support day-to-day facilities operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace
4. Conduct inductions for new starters, including Health & Safety and environmental inductions
5. Log, facilitate, and oversee reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
6. Ensure compliance with environmental, HSEQ, and legislative requirements, including fire safety and first aid
7. Complete and support compliance documentation and audits, including traffic management plans, fire risk assessments, water hygiene arrangements, security, and cleaning audits
8. Support the delivery of low to medium risk projects and provide general administrative support to the facilities team
