We’re looking for a Recruitment Associate to join us in our office in Birmingham City Centre. We’re on a journey to become the leading social housing recruitment agency in Birmingham. We are moving into a new, 120-person office in February and are hiring the next generation of Recruitment Associates to join us in this exciting chapter. You could be one of them. You'll need to be ready to fully commit to the role.
Some days are fun, and some days are challenging, but if you’re tenacious and self-motivated with the ability to handle pressure, we’ll support you every step of the way to help you reach your goals and earn significantly. You’ll receive weekly training from our in-house Learning and Development Manager, including over 65 hours of coaching during a 12-week programme, which comprises:
1. 7+ hours of video training across 20+ modules
2. 3 classroom coaching sessions per week
3. Weekly individual coaching sessions at your desk
4. Practical tasks to practice and embed your skills
You will also have access to a mentor, mental health support, uncapped commission, and opportunities for company holidays and incentives, such as trips to Dubai and Ibiza. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Role responsibilities
* Work in a fast-paced sales environment
* Handle high volumes of calls
* Generate sales leads and build relationships with candidates and clients
* Research sectors and become a specialist
* Use recruitment tools to source candidates
* Conduct business development calls
* Interview candidates and meet targets
