Responsibilities
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
* Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and fellow team members.
* Maintain accurate records and reports in line with care plans and regulatory requirements.
* Support residents in engaging with social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a warm, welcoming, and safe environment.
* Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies to maintain the highest standards of care.
Qualifications
* Energetic, motivated, and compassionate individuals.
* A flexible, adaptable, and reliable approach to work.
* Availability to work various shifts, sometimes at short notice.
* Strong teamwork skills and a positive, uplifting attitude.
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential - full training is provided.
* A strong commitment to delivering person-centred care with empathy and respect.
