London - Hybrid (3 days in office)

* My client are a recruitment group based in Central London.
* They are looking for an Accounts Assistant who will have 1-2 years experience and is looking for their next step to learn more from a great team above you.
🎭 The Role 🎭
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Accounts Receivable - allocating receipts, chasing invoices and sending client statements
* Owning the Accounts Payable processes
* Processing Billing & Compliance
* Processing internal staff expenses - journal posting, payroll summaries, file expense records
* Assisting with EU contract pay and bill processes
* General ad hoc finance support across the team
🔎 What we are looking for 🔎
* 1-2 years experience in an AP, AR or AA role
* Part or yet to start qualifications – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or AAT.
* Attention to detail and timely
* Recruitment-Sector Experience required
* Good Excel skills
* Good Systems knowledge - Xero preferrable
* Ability to multitask and prioritise work - time management
