A well-established federation of two friendly primary schools in Barnet is looking for a dedicated, reliable and child-centred Midday Meal Supervisor to join our lunchtime team, working across both sites as needed.
Main responsibilities:
* Overseeing large groups of children in the lunch hall and outdoor spaces
* Encouraging respectful behaviour and supporting the development of social skills
* Leading simple games and activities that promote cooperation and enjoyment
* Delivering basic first aid when required (training provided)
* Supporting staff with behaviour plans and reporting any concerns promptly
