We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead project execution with a strong focus on project management within subsea oil & gas projects, particularly Production Control Systems (PCS). This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.
As a, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality
2. Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements
3. Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems
4. Oversee project planning, execution, and performance management
5. Ensuring alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plans
6. Driving governance through KPIs and performance reviews
7. Managing contract administration, including variations and claims
8. Collaborating with engineering teams for technical compliance
9. Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations
10. Identifying and mitigating risks related to system integration and projects

To be successful in this role, you should have:
11. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
12. Looking for candidates with end to end Project Management experience in Subsea/ Oil and Gas/ Manufacturing sector d
13. Experience with Production Control Systems (PCS)
14. Knowledge of subsea system integration
15. Understanding of offshore HSE standards
16. Strong commercial and financial acumen
17. Experience with subsea control system suppliers
18. Knowledge of communication protocols and control architectures
19. PMP or PRINCE2 certification
20. Experience in global organizations
