What You'll Do: As a Business Consultant, you will be at the forefront of project execution, with responsibilities that include: Business Identification & Engagement: utilise your technical expertise to enhance performance across key service lines. Build strong relationships with Business Units (BUs) to identify value-adding opportunities. Facilitate discussions to understand business needs and transformation goals.Proposal Development: Collaborate with delivery partners and stakeholders to craft tailored solutions. Lead the development of proposals, ensuring clarity and alignment with objectives. Present proposals to secure stakeholder buy-in.Project Planning & Execution: Lead blueprinting sessions to define project objectives and success criteria. Develop robust project plans that include risk management and resource allocation. Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Collaboration & Team Leadership: Inspire and lead the delivery team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Promote cross-functional collaboration to optimise outcomes. Conduct post-delivery reviews to evaluate success and gather feedback.What We're Looking For: A degree or Master's level education (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery within a complex regulatory environment. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate dynamic priorities. Technical knowledge in any of the ESS key service lines and a solid understanding of change management approaches. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. Experience in proposal development and project planning, preferably in utilities.
