Platform Property Care offers opportunities for experienced Approved Electricians based in Skegness and Boston to carry out wiring of boilers and central heating systems, general maintenance, and electrical installation condition reports (EICRs) across our properties.
The role is varied, and no two days are the same! It’s a challenging role with high expectations, but you will have the support of a great team.

* Basic salary of £39,290 per annum for Approved Electricians or £36,823 for Electricians (additional earnings from voluntary overtime and out-of-hours work)

Requirements:
* Apprenticeship in Electrical or equivalent NVQ Level 3 & City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
* AM2 certification
* 18th Edition regulation
* City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent in testing and inspection (or be classified as Electrician with a salary of £36,823)
* Experience in domestic electrical work and services
* Experience working in Social Housing
* Good communication skills and customer service ability
* Full Driving Licence
* DBS check required due to working in customers’ homes
This role involves working within customer homes around Skegness and Boston, so residence in this area is required. There is also an opportunity to earn extra income through out-of-hours rota work.
