As a key member of our Sales Team, youll work closely with our Communications Team to market our stunning new homes, maintain our enquiries database, and provide exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to key handover. Youll conduct viewings, negotiate offers, sell off-plan (including optional upgrades), and coordinate the sales process with solicitors, customers, and internal teams. Your knowledge of the local housing market, combined with your ability to hit targets, will help us achieve our ambitious sales goals. Youll also take pride in ensuring our show homes and developments are always presented to the highest standard. Were looking for someone with: Experience in new homes sales or a customer-focused, target-driven environment Excellent communication skills and market awareness Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A valid driving licence, access to a car (with business insurance) and flexibility to work across multiple sites, including 1 weekend day per week is imperative to succeed in this role.
