Early Years Practitioner – Newham (Full-Time)
We are looking for a passionate and committed Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Newham. This is a full-time role (5 days per week), supporting children in their early development and learning journey.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
2. Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children in your care.
3. Work closely with colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
4. Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, contributing to planning and next steps.
5. Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
6. A qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
7. Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
8. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
9. Good communication and teamwork skills.
10. Experience in an Early Years setting is desirable.
