Overview
We are looking for a Workface planner to join Fluor on an exciting refinery project. This is an initial 12 month contract role in Royston.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate with construction teams and contractors to develop and assemble IWPs aligned with the Path of Construction and schedule.
* Facilitate IWP scoping, constraint removal, and closeout sessions to support field execution.
* Audit IWPs for completeness, safety, and compliance with WFP standards and procedures.
* Collaborate with engineering, scheduling, and constructability teams to align CWP and IWP sequencing.
* Support data accuracy and availability for IWP development, including automation and reporting alignment
