What you'll be doing:
* Leading and motivating a small, passionate team as Showroom Manager, delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Providing warm, professional, and knowledgeable consultations on a range of products - from homeware to limited-edition pieces.
* Driving showroom sales, hitting realistic but challenging targets, and building strong relationships with loyal and new clients.
* Creating a beautifully presented space - visual merchandising, hanging artwork, and ensuring everything is showroom ready.
* Playing a hands-on role in all areas of retail operations, from day-to-day store management to hosting occasional events.
What we're looking for:
