This is a brilliant opportunity to shape an onsite recruitment service from day one and become a trusted partner to a broad stakeholder group. What You'll Be Doing Acting as the onsite recruitment expert across two Scottish locations (3 days per week onsite). Managing the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle with precision and pace. Delivering exceptional stakeholder engagement and advising hiring managers on best practice. Driving direct sourcing through close collaboration with our Talent Attraction & Sourcing teams. Providing market insight, salary guidance, and accurate MI to support smarter hiring decisions. Managing external agencies when required. Ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and a consistently strong candidate experience. What We're Looking For A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder and relationship‑management skills. Solid experience running end‑to‑end recruitment processes. Confident in influencing and constructively challenging when needed. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. MSP/RPO experience helpful but not essential. Must be Scotland‑based and comfortable travelling between two client sites.
