Enjoy a dynamic work schedule that gives you the best of both worlds. As part of our Healthcare Specialist team, you will work 40 hours a week on a 4-on, 4-off rota. This schedule offers 4 days of focused work, followed by 4 days off to recharge and enjoy quality time with loved ones or pursue personal interests.
Responsibilities
 * On-Site Maintenance: Conducting preventative and corrective maintenance, including commissioning, upgrades, and refurbishments.
 * Technical Support: Offering after-sales technical and commercial support to clients, and gathering feedback to assist in future product development.
 * Customer Focus: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering recommendations to enhance system reliability and productivity.
 * Troubleshooting and Fault Finding: You will be hands-on, solving challenges to keep systems running smoothly.
 * On-Call Flexibility: As you grow in the role, you\'ll join our On-Call Rota to ensure our clients receive support when they need it most.
Qualifications
 * Experience: Previous experience as a Service Engineer in the Healthcare and Scientific market. Knowledge of water treatment or wastewater plants is desirable.
 * Qualifications: NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or similar, or working towards would be ideal but not essential.
 * Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills and experience engaging with clients, offering solutions and handling challenging conversations.
 * Time Management: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
 * Professionalism: A punctual, presentable individual who values customer satisfaction and strives to provide best-in-class service.
 * Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
