Leisure The Leisure team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort look after the perfect place to keep fit and stay active with some of the best fitness equipment and facilities in the area. About the role The Leisure Club Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and commercial success of the Leisure Club at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. Working closely with the Director of Golf & Leisure and colleagues across the wider resort, the Leisure Club Manager will deliver a premium member and guest experience, drive revenue growth, and ensure consistently high operational standards. The key responsibilities of the role include: · Manage recruitment, training, rotas, appraisals, and performance management · Drive innovation and partner with industry leaders to elevate and promote the leisure club · Oversee the day-to-day operation of the leisure club, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient delivery · Take full responsibility alongside the leisure sales manager for leisure membership sales, renewals, and retention strategies · Own and manage the leisure club budget, ensuring strong financial control · Drive new member acquisition through effective sales processes and team motivation · Oversee class timetables, wellness programmes, and new leisure initiatives · Drive innovation and partner with industry leaders to elevate and promote the leisure club Salary The on target earning potential for this role is £36,717.85, compromising of a base salary of £34,939.45 plus a qualified estimate of £1,778.40 gratuities. About you We are looking for a professional, driven and highly organised individual, who is truly passionate about the industry.
