HR Advisor
to join our dynamic HR team and support the delivery of an effective, efficient, and people-focused HR service.
As a key player in our HR function, you'll help shape and implement policies aligned with our business and people strategy, while driving employee engagement and supporting key KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day HR operations
• Deliver proactive plans for employee experience and engagement
• Help meet site targets for absence, retention, turnover, and agency usage
• Champion safety and compliance
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Essential Skills & Experience
? Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Generalist
? Strong organisational and administrative skills
? Knowledge of employment legislation
? Hands-on experience with HR systems, employee relations cases
? Ability to advise senior staff
? Personable, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
? Practical, logical, and solution-focused
? Flexible and driven attitude
Desirable
? CIPD qualification (or working towards)
? HR experience in manufacturing and/or food industry
