A day in the life of a Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Thorpe Bay:
8. Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
9. Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
10. Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
11. Encourage your teams development and progression
12. Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
13. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
14. Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
15. Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
16. Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
Essential Skills of a Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Thorpe Bay:
17. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
18. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
19. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
20. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
21. The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
22. The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
23. A strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
24. Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
25. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
26. Ability to work under own initiative
27. Good telephone manner
28. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
