The role

We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join a growing team within a leading brand in the automotive, engineering, and tech sector. This is a great opportunity for HR Associates looking for a step-up into business partnering with a focus on strategy, organizational change and developing and driving a high-performing culture. This role will give individuals a great trajectory to learn and develop within their HR career.

Summary of the Role and Key Responsibilities

* Partnering with mis-leaders to serve as a trusted advisor, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
* Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic input and support on projects.
* Develop, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
* Support the HR Business Partner to develop clear workforce plans, ensuring effective organization design.
* Collaborating with Centers of Excellence ensuring alignment with functional requirements and operational priorities.
* Support ER casework ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.
* Work closely with hiring managers and leaders to enhance people management skills.
* Foster a collaborative, accountable and innovative workplace culture.


Key Skills Required:

* Experience in a similar capacity within a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, engagement and high performance.
* Demonstrate the ability to collaborate and build relationships with various stakeholders and influence decision-making.
