Responsibilities
GBM EUI is the Global Business Marketing team (GBM) and champions TikTok in the B2B world, looking to educate, inspire and create opportunities for our sales teams to develop and foster key client relationships and demonstrate how TikTok can deliver better outcomes for their business.

The Designer will play a critical role in designing a range of assets that elevate TikTok's brand presence across various digital and physical channels. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to create everything from video assets and social media visuals to presentation decks and event collateral. You will help shape the visual identity of TikTok's business marketing efforts, ensuring the design elements are aligned with TikTok's unique brand values.
This position reports to the Head of Integrated Marketing Communications and will work closely with other members of the team to execute creative, engaging design work.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams (events, copywriting, social, local teams) to create engaging assets that support TikTok's global business marketing objectives
* Create and design digital content including graphics, illustrations, presentations, and social media assets, etc. that reflect TikTok's brand identity and messaging
* Produce high-quality video assets, including title graphics, lower thirds, and visual effects, using tools like After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
* Support the development of TikTok's business and brand collateral, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
* Support event-related design needs, including digital signage, large-format print, promotional materials, and other event collateral
* Work closely with the Global Brand Studio to deeply understand our global brand guidelines and communicate and protect these guidelines in region
* Partner with external agencies, ensuring our brand guidelines are being interpreted effectively by third parties
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Extensive experience in graphic design
* A portfolio of best in class creative that connects brands with audiences in digital and beyond
* Experience in project management and developing a realistic workback schedule on graphics in conjunction with the larger context of a project
* Experience working on a tight production schedule and translating ideas into action
* Commitment to promoting a professional, creative, friendly, and supportive work environment
* Demonstrated familiarity with TikTok platform, Trends, and Creators
* Exemplary written and presentation skills that capture audience's imagination
Preferred Qualifications
* 4-year degree in design or related field is preferred but not needed
* Background in digital media, advertising, or branding.
* A portfolio that demonstrates versatility across digital design, motion graphics, video production, and branding
* A depth of knowledge in digital culture and the audiences that populate them
* Excellent time management, budgeting, and negotiating skills
