Email & SMS Copywriter/Strategist
If you're equal parts strategist and copywriter - someone who owns the full retention marketing strategy AND writes the copy that brings it to life - you're in the right spot.
This is not just a writing role. You own campaign calendars, flow architecture, list growth strategy, segmentation, and offer strategy for your accounts. And you write 5-8 emails a day to execute on it. Both matter equally.
You're also leveraging AI tools daily. That's how you produce at volume AND think strategically. AI handles the heavy lifting on drafts. You spend your time on strategy, brand voice, and making sure every send drives revenue.

We're a premium email & SMS agency for DTC brands. $50M+ in attributed revenue, 50+ clients, 10-35% average revenue lift. Our current clients include names like Tiege Hanley, Travel + Leisure, Madhappy, and more.
We're a tight-knit team of 10 - primarily based in Latin America - and we're rapidly growing. The real magic happens in our 4-person pods, where copywriter/strategists (like you), designers, account managers, and email techs collaborate to create emails that brands can't replicate themselves.
What You'll Do:
- Build monthly campaign calendars: themes, timing, segmentation, offer strategy
- Decide what campaigns to run, not just write what's assigned
- Write 5-8 campaign and flow emails per day using AI tools to accelerate production
- Architect automated sequences: welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, winback, VIP
- Develop subject lines, preview text, and A/B test strategies
- Recommend popup strategies, lead magnets, and opt-in offers
- Collaborate with designers and account managers in your pod

Important Notes:
- $2,000-$4,000 USD/month base + monthly team performance bonus
- Remote-only role, 40 hours/wk, standard business working hours
- You must be based in Latin America and work in a LATAM timezone
