What You Will Do
* As a Service Parts Co-Ordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to the branch Installation Teams, ensuring the timely and accurate coordination of service parts and materials.
* You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking customer appointments, while liaising with Field Line Managers to mitigate risks and ensure service delivery is maintained to the highest standard.

Required
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in standard computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
