As the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager you will:
* Create clear, engaging multi‑channel content, intranet articles, leadership messages, videos, Viva Engage posts and campaign materials.
* Manage and evolve our core internal comms channels, ensuring timely, relevant, high‑performing content.
* Plan and deliver internal campaigns aligned to our Five Ambitions and People strategy.
* Coordinate colleague listening forums and support initiatives that enhance engagement and culture.
* Measure communications effectiveness and provide insight‑led recommendations.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping messaging and best‑practice communication approaches.
* Plan and deliver key internal events across the year.
To succeed as our Internal Communications & Engagement Manager you will bring:
* 7+ years’ experience in internal communications
* Strong storytelling skills and a flair for creative content
* Strong planning and delivery skills
* Experience managing multi‑channel comms in complex organisations
* Expertise in digital communications and internal social media channel strategy
* Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills
* A passion for enhancing colleague experience through great communications and engagement activities
