We are looking for a high-performing, emotionally intelligent Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

This is a critical hire designed to complement our existing sales talent, and will directly impact our growth goals for 2025 and beyond

You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and helping property management clients find the right solutions. You'll also help shape our team culture and sales strategy as we grow.

This role comes with a clear potential route for development for the right candidate, with plans to install a head of business development through internal recruitment in the future,.

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels (e.g phone, email, social media, networking). within our inhouse CRM

Achieving your individual monthly and quarterly new business target.

Deliver clear, confident sales presentations and handle objections effectively.

Gain a full understanding our products to ensure that you are equipped to recommend appropriate service packages tailored to client needs.

Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and revenue.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective pipeline from marketing and seamless client onboarding with the client services dept.

Be a steady, approachable presence within the sales team, contributing to a high-performing and supportive culture.

Potential to mentor junior team members if/when applicable (especially if you bring leadership experience).
