As an intern, you will be part of a high-performing sales and recruiting team that is driving scale and growth for a fast-paced global tech recruiting business. You will receive exceptional training and have the opportunity to make an impact every day.
Job Duties include:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
2. Map regions and trends to identify sales opportunities.
3. Assist in generating leads and developing a prospect database.
4. Participate in sales meetings and presentations, shadowing professionals to learn effective sales techniques.
5. Prepare sales collateral and assist in creating proposals and contracts.
6. Source and identify technical talent for areas such as Autonomous Vehicles, Healthcare AI, Financial Trading, E-commerce, and Ad Tech.
7. Qualify and interview technical candidates for specific roles.
