Operations Manager, Extra Care and Sheltered Housing
Are you a dynamic and experienced leader looking to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals? Broadacres Housing Association is seeking an Operations Manager for our Extra Care and Sheltered Housing services located in North Yorkshire.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Extra Care and Sheltered Housing facilities, ensuring the highest level of support for our customers.
2. Working closely with external partners to deliver an exceptional service to older people in our area.
3. Managing budgets and resources effectively.
4. Monitoring and evaluating the quality of services provided.
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
6. Fostering a positive and inclusive environment for customers and colleagues.
7. Collaborating with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the social housing and support sector.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* A passion for delivering high-quality support services.
* A relevant qualification in housing, social care, or a related field is highly desired.
