Building Services Engineer
Location: Kingston-upon-Thames
Salary: £37,000 - £38,000 per annum
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 07.30 -16.00 (early finish on Fridays. On call 1 week in every 8-10 weeks £300, extra for call outs.
My client a University in Kingston upon Thames is looking to recruit Building services engineers to work within the maintenance Team.
Single location but very occasionally required to work in one of their other sites (10 min walk away)
Working Mon - Fri 07.30 - 16.00 with an hour for lunch - 37 hours a week
Paid on call £300 a week (approx. only required 1 in 8-10 weeks
Basic salary up to 37.5k + great benefits that include 28 days annual leave + bank holidays.

About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for performing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on-site, using the PDA and Planon system to ensure the university remains fully operational.
