Employee Development Assistant

Hybrid working ( 2 days in the office! )My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join their dynamic Learning & Development team. As the Employee Development Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and development of the company's internal clients by providing excellent administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
Responsibilities Included:
Manage the logistics of various learning and development offerings, ensuring consistency across the team
Coordinate development programmes, including scheduling instructor-led training sessions and managing other blended learning activities
Collaborate with the team to utilise the Learning Management System (LMS) for the learning and development offerings
Create advertisements to promote learning and development offerings and monitor engagement levels
Ensure workshops are evaluated through feedback questionnaires to continuously improve learning activities
Update the company's intranet with the latest learning and development information
Draft letters of engagement and contracts for external providers
Process global invoices for external providers and support budget managementSkills and Attributes:
Previous administrative and support experience, must be in a professional services environment
Ability to prioritise workload, handle pressure, and manage multiple projects
Strong team player with a proven track record of working collaboratively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
