Role As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals living with various mental health conditions. Your responsibilities include helping clients maintain daily routines, manage emotional wellbeing, and access community resources, all while promoting independence and dignity. You will offer practical assistance and emotional encouragement, supporting people in their own homes to build confidence, reduce isolation, and achieve personal goals. This role is rewarding and allows you to make a lasting impact on someone's life.
Applicants must have at least 6 months of experience within a UK care setting. Due to the nature of the role, including personal care, unsupervised work with vulnerable individuals, and flexible hours including late evenings and night shifts, applicants must be aged 18 or over. The role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
