Role Description
This is a full‑time, remote role for a Solar PV and Battery Storage Technical Support Representative. Responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective problem resolution. The role involves analyzing and resolving technical queries for Solar PV systems, battery storage, inverters, and other renewable energy solutions. Strong communication with both residential and commercial clients is essential.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
* Experience in providing Technical Support and diagnosing technical issues
* Strong Troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
* Solid Analytical Skills to assess technical challenges and recommend effective solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
* Knowledge of Solar PV, Battery Storage, and related renewable energy technology is an advantage
* Relevant technical certifications and experience in the renewable energy industry are desirable
