Court of Protection Solicitor – Health & Welfare
Are you an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor with a passion for health and welfare law? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected, nationally recognised Court of Protection team, currently listed as a ‘Firm to Watch’ in The Legal 500. This expanding Court of Protection team includes a Panel Deputy and an Accredited Legal Representative and is known for its commitment to protecting the rights and interests of vulnerable individuals. Due to increased caseload and continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and experienced solicitor to handle complex health and welfare matters under the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
