Overview
We're on the lookout for inspiring tutors to join the Leapstone Learning family
At Leapstone Learning, we're not your typical tuition centre — we're a vibrant, nurturing hub where children discover the joy of learning in a fun and healthy environment. Our mission? To spark curiosity, build confidence, and make every learning journey something kids actually look forward to
We keep things small and personal — classes have a maximum of 6 children (usually of the same age), and each session runs for 2 hours. Our teachers use our very own personalised books, carefully designed to align with the school curriculum while keeping things fresh, engaging, and interactive.
If you're someone who loves working with children, has a natural flair for teaching, and believes that learning should feel more like an adventure than a chore, you might be the perfect fit.
Your role will include:
* Guiding small groups of children through fun, interactive lessons tailored to their needs.
* Using our customised curriculum-aligned books to deliver sessions that keep children engaged and excited.
* Celebrating every small win while helping children grow in confidence and ability.
* Keeping parents in the loop by sharing progress and successes.
* Collaborating with our friendly team to ensure every child feels included, supported, and happy.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience working with children (bonus if you've tutored or taught before).
* Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
* Strong communication skills with both children and parents.
* A genuine passion for education and helping children shine.
* (Extra kudos if you have knowledge of special education practices)
At Leapstone, we're building something truly special — a place where children thrive and teachers love what they do. If this sounds like your kind of environment, we'd be excited to welcome you aboard
