Cemetery Sales & Operations Manager — Location: Dover, Delaware • Compensation: $80,000 Base + Commission & Bonus
Lead with Purpose — Build with Pride. We’re hiring a Cemetery Sales & Operations Manager to lead grave and monument sales while also managing daily cemetery operations across three sites in Delaware. This is a high-impact leadership role for a motivated, organized, and compassionate professional who can sell with integrity and manage with discipline. This is not an entry-level role.

What You’ll Do
* Sales Leadership
o Drive both pre-need and at-need cemetery and monument sales.
o Work directly with families to provide meaningful, lasting memorial solutions.
o Train and support five employees and hold them accountable to performance.
* Monument Company Management
o Launch and grow a new monument company serving our network of 20 cemeteries.
o Oversee pricing, sourcing, marketing, and installation coordination.
* Cemetery Operations Oversight
o Manage day-to-day cemetery functions across 3 sites, including:
+ Landscaping & grounds maintenance
+ Grave opening & closing logistics
+ Burial and monument setup coordination
o Ensure high standards of care and compliance with all regulations.
* Customer Experience Excellence
o Provide outstanding service and professionalism to families in their time of need.
o Represent the company with compassion, respect, and clarity at every touchpoint.
Who We’re Looking For
At least 5 years of experience in cemetery sales, monument sales, or related direct-to-consumer services.
Proven track record of personally closing high-value, person-to-person deals.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams and contractors across multiple locations.
Hands-on operations experience — you’re comfortable being in the field as well as in the office.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale new service offerings.
Emotionally intelligent communicator with strong customer service instincts.
