Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy and execution for a leading engineering company, driving success across a portfolio of exciting UK-wide projects.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing dynamic, results-focused sales strategies
Leading, coaching, and empowering the sales team to consistently exceed targets and fuel business growth
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, while actively developing new business opportunities
Collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless alignment between client requirements and the innovative solutions we deliver
Producing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools to drive informed decision-making
You will have the following skills and experience:
A proven track record in a Sales Manager (or similar) role, with experience in leading and developing high-achieving sales teams
Strong technical acumen with a solid foundation in Civils, Construction, Engineering, or related industries
Demonstrated success in negotiating and securing public sector tenders
Exceptional communication, influencing, and presentation skills
