* Support credit control and purchase ledger activities
* Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and process deposits

The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include:
* Support invoicing, incoming calls, and general administrative duties
* Familiarity with CIS and basic bookkeeping principles
* Confident in using MS Excel and accounting software (Sage or Xero preferred)
* Clear and professional phone manner
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Knowledge of VAT regulations
* Background in construction or service‑based environments (CIS relevance)
