Job Summary
We are hiring a results‑driven operations team to fully manage and grow a food delivery platform in Addis Ababa. The team will take full ownership of all city operations, including rider management, vendor acquisition, marketing, and call center management.
Compensation is directly tied to total revenue collected from vendors, creating strong alignment between performance and earnings.
Scope of Work – Full City Ownership
* Operations – Manage daily order flow and delivery execution, ensure smooth coordination between riders and vendors.
* Rider Management – Recruit and onboard delivery riders, ensure sufficient rider availability across all areas, monitor performance and delivery efficiency; onboard restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, ensure vendors are active and generating consistent orders, maintain strong relationships and service quality.
* Marketing & Growth – Drive customer acquisition and retention, execute local campaigns and promotions, increase overall order volume.
* Call Center Management – Handle customer and vendor support, resolve complaints efficiently, maintain high service standards.
Compensation Model
Commission Structure: The team earns 20% of the total revenue collected from vendors in Addis Ababa.
Example: Total revenue collected from vendors: 1,000,000 ETB; Team earns 20% of 1,000,000 ETB → 200,000 ETB.
