We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, inspiring, and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher to lead and encourage learning at our Post-16 provision. This appointment would be for a January 2026 start or earlier if possible.

The successful applicant will play a key role in this by setting high expectations for staff and students and creating an environment that enables our learners to flourish.
Your will have:
1. Qualified teacher status
2. Awareness and understanding of current initiatives in the field of special education
3. Successful middle leadership and management experience in a school
4. Successful teaching experience
5. Experience of teaching in a secondary school (beneficial but not essential)
