We are looking for a Smart Repairer to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring all Smart Repairs undertaken are on time and of the highest standard of quality. To rise to the challenge, you will need to be fully skilled and have previous workshop experience. You will carry out preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all makes of vehicles, to name but a few of the tasks.

5. Can you manage your workflow when handling multiple same‑day repair jobs?
6. Do you have the attitude to make it happen by driving the standard in customer care?
7. Have you managed challenging smart repair jobs and completed them ensuring a quality finish?
8. Are you confident in what steps to take before starting a repair to guarantee the correct colour match and surface preparation?
