Job Summary
Deputy Clinic Manager – Aldeburgh clinic (may cover shifts in Ipswich). Lead clinic operations, support staff, and provide specialist nursing knowledge to improve patient care quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee clinic operations to maintain quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
* Supervise and support staff, providing continuous professional development and training.
* Manage patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene policies and Renal Association Standards.
* Deliver specialised nursing expertise to junior team members.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
* NMC Registered Nurse with post‑basic qualification in renal nursing.
* At least two years’ senior experience in Haemodialysis.
* Proven leadership experience managing a nursing team.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
