We're seeking an outstanding Care Assistant to join us at either Muirfield in Gullane or Fidra House in North Berwick. We offer permanent full-time, part-time, or bank positions.

Job Purpose:
Provide professional care to residents, demonstrate leadership, adhere to NMC's code, and support the Home Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
* Promote high standards of care
* Respect residents' privacy, dignity, and choices
* Maintain a safe environment
* Follow SSSC Code of Conduct
* Set a professional example
* Report injuries, diseases, or hazards
* Keep accurate records
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* At least 1 year of care experience in elderly care settings; student nurses welcomed
* Consideration for those without experience if motivated
* SVQ 3 and leadership experience for Principal Carer roles
* Knowledge of dementia and clinical support
* Good time management and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills
