We are looking for an experienced professional to join our friendly, high-performing global HR Operations team to support us with driving HR transformation, automation, and process optimization within our Global HR Operations team.
We have exciting projects ahead - including the transition from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors and the implementation of new digital solutions and you will be key in ensuring structured execution, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Our mission is to focus on what really matters and design HR processes that scale efficiently while delivering exceptional service and support.
Take a hands-on role in supporting the SuccessFactors transition and integration of new HR solutions, ensuring the timely completion of deliverables and objectives. Proactively manage timelines, risks, expectations, and resource allocation, applying project management techniques while ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs, policies, and best practices
Lead small-to-medium sized HR projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion. Ensure deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met, while aligning with stakeholder needs, policies, and best practices
Identify and implement scalable improvements to HR processes, aligning with stakeholder needs, policies, regulations, and best practices
Defining and applying project scheduling techniques to manage risks and expectations proactively
Presenting projects/initiatives status and results to decision-making bodies
Being the subject matter expert (SME) and mentor of our global HR team members around automation and continuous improvement
Owning and updating HR policies, regulations and processes with a focus on global alignment, digitalization and employee experience.
Strong experience in project management, HR process improvement, or HR digitalization
Hands-on experience with HR technology implementations, preferably including SAP SuccessFactors
Depth understanding of operational HR processes across multiple geographies, ideally gained within Shared Services
Affinity for technology, with hand-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, JIRA, SharePoint
Proficiency in reporting tools such as PowerBi to analyze and present HR data effectively
