An expanding, diverse practice known for its comprehensive services across various industry sectors is currently on the lookout for a Building Surveyor to enhance their team in Essex.
The Building Surveyor's role
Joining as the new Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for performing a broad range of traditional building surveying duties, encompassing both project and professional services, alongside design and specification, and managing client/contractor relationships.
In this capacity, your contributions will include mentoring junior building surveyors, leading projects, negotiating and finalising contracts with contractors, and achieving annual/monthly financial targets. You will work on scheems across the public and private sector, on education, goverment and private residential properties.
The successful Building Surveyor will have?
* Chartered RICS status ideally.
* RICS accredited degreein Building Surveying.
* AutoCAD drawing production experience.
* Strong communication - Both written and verbal
* Experience in managing client relations.
